JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy

Resident Engineer Role for Construction of New Bus Maintenance Depot

Parking for **Apply on the website** No. buses, **Apply on the
website** No. cars and provision for motorcycles and bicycle
shelters. 

A single-story administration building and associated facilities.

A single-story light maintenance and servicing building with
associated facilities. 

On-site fuel and water storage tanks.

Assist with the administration of the Contract (Employer Design Public
Works Contract PWC CF3) subject to duties delegated by the
Employer’s Representative. 

This will typically include; draft progress reports, monthly
valuations (Interim payment certificates), claims determination
letters, response to Conciliation Statements of Claim, responses to
RFIs and other contractor’s correspondence. 

Ensure that detailed reports, diaries and records (hard and soft
copies), including photographic records, in relation to all aspects of
progress of the works are kept and available for inspection by
authorised personnel

REQUIREMENTS

Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience working on a National Road Project

8+ years relevant experience

Chartered Engineer is ideal

PACKAGE
